Bill is a qualified A&P mechanic who has gained much experience on turbo prop and jet aircraft with both regional and international airlines in North America. He has also acted as the Airline Claims Manager for a major Airline accomplishing investigations and providing analysis of incidents to determine causal factors. During his time with Airclaims, Bill's role has included estimating Aircraft repair costs and liability aspects to enable Insurance settlements to be negotiated, plus involvement in various Risk Management projects and Aircraft condition and records inspections.

Bill is an experienced aircraft engineer with over 24 years service within the aviation industry. He joined Airclaims in March 2009, and has extensive knowledge in heavy jet aircraft maintenance engineering - line maintenance, shop maintenance and heavy check maintenance, quality assurance and quality control; repair facility and airline maintenance audits/surveys.
