Airclaims was originally founded in 1964 as a joint venture between Aviation & General and Orion Insurance to provide both with aviation loss adjusting services. We subsequently expanded to become one of the world’s leading providers of claims management and handling services. Our operations were later diversified to provide a variety of consulting and information services to the aviation sector.
In 2006, the information and consultancy services division was rebranded Ascend and a year later demerged from Airclaims and now trades as a separate entity - Ascend Worldwide Limited.
2011 brought a much anticipated and eagerly greeted merger, with global loss adjusting giant McLarens Young International (MYI). Joining MYI's network of over 300 offices extended our reach, while our aviation expertise was a welcomed addition to their portfolio of services.
Today, Airclaims’ global network of offices and surveyors continue to provide an unparalleled service to the global aviation industry, just as we have for nearly 50 years.
